Lloyd is highly skilled in building relationships quickly with his proven experience in stakeholder management, programming, financial management, value engineering, tender review and assessment, contract requirements and negotiations, along with coordination and management of development applications and construction certificate submissions. 

He is highly skilled in all facets of construction and project management from conception through to execution. He has a strong understanding of risk management and can identify and provide solutions to mitigate potential risks associated to the project lifecycle.
